I placed an order for the digital version of Pix, but the confirmation email did not include a link to download.

I emailed you about this, but as back-up, I’ll repeat it here:
Was the confirmation email you received a receipt from PayPal or a Thank You from store at hatterentrtainment dot com?
The Thank You email would be the one with the download link, and there might just be a lag time between processing the order and sending that email. I apologize for the delay and will inquire on my end as to the cause.
Please let me know that you got that Thank You email when you do…or especially if you’ve not gotten anything by the morning.
